Estimated number of physical examinations: 22,500 (subject to the actual number). (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Service Requirements) 合同履约期限：合同签订之日起至2025年10月31日。 The Contract Period: The contract is signed from the date of signing to October 31, 2025. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时中小企业均不执行价格折扣优惠；（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and medium-sized enterprises do not implement price discounts during the review; (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; (4) Must have the "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
