合同履约期限：本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为2026年04月03日起至2027年04月02日。本次采购工作完成前由原服务单位继续履行服务，在此期间所产生的相关费用，待项目采购完成后由成交供应商按成交价折算支付给原服务单位，费用按成交总价/365*原单位服务天数计算。        

The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from April 3, 2026 to April 2, 2027. Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. The relevant expenses incurred during this period will be converted and paid to the original service unit by the successful supplier based on the transaction price after the project procurement is completed. The expenses will be calculated as the total transaction price divided by 365 * the number of service days provided by the original unit.

During the evaluation, small and micro enterprise products are eligible for a 10% price discount.
